Terms of Service

You MUST read and agree to the terms of service before you use any ifoundplaza.com services.

iFoundPlaza.com is providing a service to individuals who are at least 18 years
old or minors 13 years old and above who have parental permission.

Terms of Service for any and all users of iFoundPlaza.com, administrators and 
users alike! These terms of service is relevant for persons who use 
messageboards provided by iFoundPlaza.com


I.  Restrictions

A.  Sites prohibited from joining.

  1.  Any site containing any of the following:
    a.  Racism
    b.  Hate
    c.  Adult or obscene material
    d.  MLM
    e.  Spam
    f.  Warez, hacking material, or illegal mp3's
    g.  Harassment
    h.  Vulgar language

B.  Content Restrictions (not allowed on a messageboard)

  1.  Any and all of the materials outlined in section A. 1.
  2.  Paid advertisement banners, text links, buttons, popups, popunders, 
    exitpops or any other form of advertisment.

II. Removal of accounts

A.  Your account may be removed:
  1.  For violations outlined in Section I.
  2.  For attempting to remove or hide our advertisments being shown 
    including ad blocking software.
  3.  For using a iFoundPlaza.com messageboard to discuss topics outlined 
    in Section I.
  4.  If a messageboard has been inactive for 1 month or more.
  
III. Modification
A.  Terms of service may be modified at any time.  If you do not remove
  your account with in 14 business days, then you are accepting new terms 
  of service agreement.

V.  For your consideration
A.  iFoundPlaza.com reserves the right to log any and all actions taken by users 
  on these messageboards.
  All messageboards are reviewed and continuously watched by a staff member.

B.  iFoundPlaza.com may server banner ads etc. as we see fit!

IV. THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS"
  THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS, AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE PROVIDER 
  GIVES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, FOR THE SERVICES PROVIDED, 
  INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND WARRANTY 
  OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS NO WARRANTY EXPRESSLY INCLUDES 
  ANY REIMBURSEMENT FOR LOSSES OF INCOME DUE TO DISRUPTION OF SERVICE BY THE 
  PROVIDER OR ITS PROVIDERS BEYOND THE FEES PAID BY CLIENT TO PROVIDER FOR 
  SERVICES. WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO BACKUP OUR DATA, BUT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE 
  FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA.
